Gina Koeneman

Gina M. Koeneman was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mrs. Koeneman received her B.S. in Biology at Purdue University in 2018 before switching gears into the legal profession.
Mrs. Koeneman received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021 with a double concentration in Civil Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Law & Technology. She received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Trial Practice and Cyberspace Law. Mrs. Koeneman also served as an executive member of the Student Bar Association, Editor of the Committee of the Rights and Responsibilities of Scientists Newsletter for the American Bar Association, and Associate Justice of Administration of the UDSL Moot Court.
Mrs. Koeneman is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Sagamore Inn of Court. She has been a member of the Order of Barristers since 2021.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In July of 2023, Gina successfully argued the following case in the Indiana Court of Appeals involving a medical malpractice claim and the weight of conflicting medical expert testimony.

Mrs. Koeneman has worked at Crossen Law Firm since 2019 on various personal injury, workers compensation, and medical malpractice cases. She continues to dedicate herself to helping others while being an aggressive advocate for her clients.
In her free time, Mrs. Koeneman enjoys playing tennis and spending time surrounded by friends and family. Gina and her husband, Micah, reside in Noblesville with their german short haired pointer, Duck.
