Experience With Injury and Medical Evidence

Gina has worked at Crossen Law Firm since 2019. Her background combines a biology degree with legal training in civil advocacy and dispute resolution. Those areas of study are particularly relevant to cases involving injuries, medical questions and competing accounts of what happened.

Courtroom Experience

Education

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Gina earned her B.S. in Biology from Purdue University in 2018 before entering the legal profession. She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021, with a double concentration in Civil Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Law & Technology.

She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Trial Practice and Cyberspace Law. During law school, she served as an executive member of the Student Bar Association, Editor of the Committee of the Rights and Responsibilities of Scientists Newsletter for the American Bar Association, and Associate Justice of Administration of the UDSL Moot Court.

Memberships and Admissions

Gina is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Sagamore Inn of Court. She has been a member of the Order of Barristers since 2021.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Outside the Office

Gina enjoys tennis and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Micah, live in Noblesville with their German shorthaired pointer, Duck.
