Gina Koeneman

Gina M. Koeneman is an attorney at Crossen Law Firm, where she represents clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice matters. She has been with the firm since 2019 and is committed to helping clients navigate the legal process while serving as a strong advocate on their behalf.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Gina earned her B.S. in Biology from Purdue University in 2018 before pursuing a career in law.

Gina received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2021 with concentrations in Civil Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Law & Technology. During law school, she received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Trial Practice and Cyberspace Law. She also served as an executive member of the Student Bar Association, Editor of the Committee of the Rights and Responsibilities of Scientists Newsletter for the American Bar Association, and Associate Justice of Administration of the UDSL Moot Court.

Gina is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and American Sagamore Inn of Court. She has also been a member of the Order of Barristers since 2021.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

In July 2023, Gina argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals in a case involving a medical malpractice claim and conflicting medical expert testimony.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends and family. She and her husband, Micah, reside in Noblesville with their German Shorthaired Pointer, Duck.
